Fishing villages, rooibos country and red-rock gravel — four days that feel like another continent.
Up the West Coast to Paternoster’s whitewashed cottages, then inland through Citrusdal’s orchards to the Cederberg: red sandstone, rooibos farms and some of the best gravel in the Cape. The camping kit comes with this one — the stars out here are worth staying up for. Home over the Gydo and Bainskloof passes.
