Chapman’s Peak and Cape Point on day one. A run of Winelands passes — Helshoogte, Franschhoek, Bainskloof — on day two. The Overberg’s back roads to Hermanus and Clarence Drive on day three. All tar, and the perfect first taste of the Cape.
